This book documents and analyzes the performance Red/Rojo/Rouge/Vermelho and the multimedia exhibition Silent Fall, which was a huge success at the Art Museum of the Americas of the Organization of American States in Washington, D.C. (AMA|OAS). In this context, artist Dominique Paul was invited by the Canadian Embassy to present a performance to the ambassadors of the States of the Americas during a special meeting of this organization held on March 8, where Red/Rojo/Rouge/Vermelho was embodied by five singers. Addressing themes of collective responsibility towards the environment, these works invite us to reflect more deeply on the consequences of humanity's actions and what we can still accomplish together.
"With the climate crisis growing, Dominique Paul's exhibition Silent Fall (2023) appears as a thoughtful testament to the interconnectedness of humans, non-human life, and the environment. Inspired by Rachel Carson's Silent Spring (1962), the artist challenges anthropocentric positions, inviting the public to become agents of change and to question their role in ecological systems."

"The whole thing acts as a kind of transfer, an awakening, intensely communicated throughout the performance... It is possible to transform a grim situation by using joy and a playful spirit, brilliantly expanding consciousness—this is the case with Red/Rojo/Rouge/Vermelho."
